EllieMD products, services, and pricing are subject to EllieMD's official terms.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase for products that arrive damaged or are not as described. To request a refund contact: support@primevitality.ai. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier partners and typically ship within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment.
